About CUA
The Catholic University of America, located in the heart of Washington, D.C., is unique as the national university of the Catholic Church in America and the only higher education institution founded by the U.S. bishops. Established in 1887, the university opened as a graduate research institution and undergraduate programs were introduced in 1904.
